How can I pre-invoice customers?

You can pre-invoice customers if the job is on a worksheet. (How to create worksheets)

1. Go to the worksheet of the job/s you want to create invoices for.

2. Check the button in the blue tool bar next to the "View" button to select all jobs, then click the "Create invoices" button at the top of the worksheet to create invoices for all the jobs.

3. Alternatively, to create invoices for just one or a few jobs, either click the "Create invoice" button in the individual job box; or check the check box at the top right of each job box to create invoices for just those selected jobs and click the "Create invoices" button as per Step 2.

4. Once the invoices have been created, you can choose to email/download or print these in the usual way.
