Why are some jobs not showing on the Planner or Jobs tab

There can be a number reasons why jobs are not showing on the Planner or Jobs tab, these include:

 - Filters have been selected inadvertently

 - check all the filter dropdowns to ensure the correct data is in view

 - Jobs are in an "Archived" round:

 -  Go to the "Rounds" tab

 - Click the "Archive" button

 - Uncheck the box next to the archived round

 - Save

The jobs will then show in the active view
