How can I set my company name to show on my customer's bank statements for GoCardless payments?

The name that appears on your customer's bank statements will depend on your GoCardless account setup:

• By default, your customer's bank statement will show GoCardless 
  • If customers are unsure whether the charge is coming from you, have them use the GoCardless Lookup Tool
  • Some banks WILL show your merchant name as well after "GoCardless", but this is typically a bit more hidden in the payment description and any notifications they get
