How to file MTD (Making Tax Digital) in CleanerPlanner

To meet the HRMC requirements starting in 2026, CleanerPlanner supports filing MTD for income tax.

Keep your daily cleaning records (charges, payments, invoices) as well as expenses in CleanerPlanner, then link these records into any HMRC-recognised bridging tool:

  • In CleanerPlanner, go to Reports > "MTD for Income Tax" tab > follow the instructions there to file each quarter
