How do I set up text (SMS) reminders for customers?

1. Go to the "Jobs" tab, select some jobs and click "Bulk Edit"

2. Check "Reminder", select "Yes" and click "Save"

3. The jobs now have the orange bell icon indicating reminders are enabled

4. Next time the jobs are on a worksheet click "Send SMS Reminders"

5. Enter your message and click "Send SMS" 

Your message will be saved as the default so you won't need to retype it next time.

Note: If you haven't done so, set up TextLocal to send SMS from within CleanerPlanner

6. Orange bells change to green to indicate reminders have been sent

7. You can click a bell to change it to green (e.g. if you've called the customer)
