How do I show a VAT breakdown on an invoice/quote

If you need VAT applied to the prices your account, please contact us ( How do I contact support?)  and advise your VAT registration date and whether your current prices will be absorbing the VAT, or whether you would like it added onto them.

Once the VAT has been applied, you can choose to show the VAT breakdown on your invoices/quotes if you would like to, or not.

1. Create your invoice (How do I create and email an invoice?)

2. If you do not want the calculation to show, when you create an invoice please check the tick box in the "Edit invoice" pop-up box that says "Hide amounts, only show total"; but have that unchecked if you do want to show the breakdown.
