Why is my mobile app empty?

The mobile app works alongside the main site to download your worksheets (Jobs lists) for the day.  You can then update your jobs while you do your rounds. It does not show your customer records. You can login and view the main site on your mobile device like any other website if you have internet connection.

If you have not created any worksheets on the main site, you will not be able to download and view them them on the app.
