When can you use the site/app offline and when do you need to be connected
Your CleanerPlanner account has 2 components:
- the main website: this holds all your customer records and where you do the day to day management of your business. This is a cloud based site and therefore you need to have internet connection to use it.
- the mobile app: this works alongside the main site to download your worksheets (job lists) so you can mark off your jobs as Done/Missed/paid etc while you do your rounds. and this can be used offline. You then 'sync' back to the main site on the pc at the end of the day/ week etc to update the system and to do this you must be online.
