What are my SMTP settings?
We strongly suggest not using SMTP for email but instead using our server for better reliability. Click here to see how to use cleanerplanner email servers
If you still need to use your own SMTP server see below.
If your settings are not listed below please contact your email/web hosting provider or web designer, or Google e.g. "myhost smtp settings". If you're still unsure what settings to use please contact support.

Important: If you're using the free version of Gmail, you may get an "authentication required" error. To resolve this you will need to visit the following page and "allow less secure apps". Please be assured Cleaner Planner is a secure app, however Google labels any non-Google app as "less secure". If you are using the paid Google Apps version of Gmail you should not need to complete this step:
